Mr. Eric Gauder

Mr. Eric Gauder commenced his career at Singapore Airlines in Colombo overlooking flight control, airport and ticket office for 5 years. He has held a senior position in a leading IATA Travel Agency for 7 years, and a senior management position of the G.S.A. for Finn Air, Silk Air and Trade Winds (a member of the Singapore Airlines Group) for 5 years.

He is the Founder President of the Sri Lanka Association of Airline Representatives having overall experience in the Aviation Industry from the ticket office to ground handling, cargo and administration.

Mr. Eric Gauder, is an internationally respected sports commentator for television and radio especially in cricket and has worked with BBC, Radio Australia, and now Hum FM and ARY Digital based in the U.A.E.

Mr. Ranjith Fernando

Mr. Ranjit Fernando is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of marketing UK. Currently he is the Chairman of Ramani Fernando Group of Companies.

He represented the Ceylon cricket team on the early 70's for more than 15 years, and also played for the 1st cricket world cup in 1975. Then ended his cricket career been the vice captain for few years.

After his retirement he has been actively involved with Cricket Administration and held a number of very important positions in Sri Lanka Cricket Board. He was also the cricket Coach for the National team, Then turn out to be the Manager for the National Selector of the National team for a number of years.

Mr. Sega Nagendra

Senior Director/Financial Consultant of CML MTD Construction Ltd (Formerly Carson’s Construction Limited). Past President of the SKAL International Colombo (International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals).

Past Secretary Asian Area Committee of SKAL Clubs overlooking 18 countries in 1996 and 1997. Past President of Pacific Asia Travel Association, Sri Lanka Chapter. Chairman of the Sri Lanka Benelux Business Council, and Vice Chairman of the Sri Lanka Pakistan Business Council. Past Executive Committee Member of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and former Chairman of the Import Section of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. Past President of Chartered Management Institute - U.K., Sri Lanka Chapter.

Former Senior Director of a leading blue chip company, Carson’s Cumberbatch & Company Limited and was directly responsible for the Airline Division, handling the General Sales Agency for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Northwest and Garuda for 10 years. Executive Chairman, Travelserv Ltd, & TravelOn Ltd, two of the leading travel companies in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Nagendra served on the boards of over 20 commercial firms as Chairman & Director including three hotel companies, Pegasus Hotels of Ceylon PLC, Renuka Hotels Ltd, and Weligama Bay Beach Hotel.

Mr. Nagendra is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute – U.K, Fellow of the Certified Professional Managers – S.L having a Master of Business Administration from U.K.

Mr. Prashan Nagendra

Mr. Nagendra has obtained a Business Major in the College of Business Administration from the Loyola Mary Mount University, Los Angeles, (USA) in December 1996. He completed a Masters in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham in November 2000. On his return to Sri Lanka started his own company EFutures (Pvt) Limited, a software development company where he is presently the joint Managing Director.

He is also a Director of Travelserv Limited and TravelOn Limited two leading travel companies in Sri Lanka.

Mr. Bandula De Silva

Mr. De Silva has more than 25 years experiences in the in-bound & out–bound tourism market. A pioneer in the domestic tourism scenario, experienced personality in the out-bound package tour department mainly focusing on Myanmar (Burma) Northern Thailand, Bhutan, Indonesia, Egypt & Kenya among others. He have had the privilege of handling the TUI charter from Hanover for nearly 5 years, which was considered the biggest tour operator to Sri Lanka at that time.

Mr. Rishen Fernando

Mr. Fernando is the Founder of EFutures (Pvt) Limited, a leading software and web strategy development company in Sri Lanka. He was awarded the "Young Entrepreneur" award in the year 2002. Educated at Eton College, he completed his degree and MBA in London.
